Addictionologist

*Position Description:*

The Addictionologist provides medical leadership necessary to achieve mission and objectives in collaboration with the Medical Director, Director of Nursing and staff. He/she supports the policies, rules and regulations of the facility. Assists with the overall medical quality management of the facility, providing leadership and guidance for physicians, allied staff, and the facility’s support staff.

An ideal applicant will have the ability to assist in monitoring and improving retention of patients for outcomes that support long-term recovery from addiction.

*Must be licensed in state of Florida*

*Position Requirements:*

* Minimum of Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine from an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine. Experience in addiction medicine required.

* 3 years of experience in Residential substance abuse or mental health field

* Licensed to practice medicine (MD or DO) in Florida

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $235,000.00 per year
