Local CDL Class A Company Driver - Tanker

Local CDL Class A Tanker Driver Location: Columbus, OH Pay Range: $28 - $38 an hour OP Recycling is currently looking to add an experienced Collector/Driver to the team.

The position will be responsible for loading, transporting and offloading of goods from customer sites to company warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience driving and operating various trucks.

Responsibilities: * Safely operate a tanker truck to transport and deliver various liquid materials * Maintain all paperwork, capture customer signature and payments * Deliver, pick up, and clean Used Cooking Oil containers * Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods * Load and unload tanker trucks using proper equipment and procedures * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and compliance with regulations * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption * Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Qualifications: * Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with tanker endorsement * Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial driving, preferably with tanker trucks * Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents within the past 3 years * Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles * Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is beneficial * Ability to load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques * Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
