Hays is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a key property in our clients' portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance: Ensure commercial properties are well-maintained and in good repair. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors, focusing on the unique needs of commercial spaces.
Tenant Relations: Manage tenant communications, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure tenant satisfaction, particularly for business clients.
Leasing: Oversee the leasing process for commercial units, including marketing vacant spaces, conducting showings, and processing applications. Ensure leases are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely rent collection. Provide regular financial reports to property owners, with a focus on maximizing profitability.
Compliance: Ensure commercial properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Team Management: Supervise and support property management staff, including maintenance personnel and administrative assistants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management is required.
Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
