Principal responsibilities:
Work closely with the Financial Control business leaders to identify business
requirements and then translate into technical specifications.
Review, analyse and create documentation of business systems and user needs
including workflow and program functions.
Translate functional specifications into development plans.
Generate use case scenarios.
Coordinate and perform the testing of configuration or programming changes.

Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with senior stakeholder and
communicate complex issues in a simple way
Experience in working in projects under both agile and waterfall methodologies
(desirable)

leadership

Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with other team members;
Active listening;
Able to discuss requirements in business and technical terms (technical awareness
will need to be demonstrated)
Ability to lead requirements sessions with stakeholders including senior management.
