Job Skills / Requirements
Seeking to interview candidates that possess a valid NYS Security Guard License and NYS Driver License (CLEAN RECORD A MUST).
You will check-in with the Account Manager and/or Dispatcher at the beginning of your shift. You will be assigned a company vehicle to operate during your shift.
The position will hold a normal schedule of Tuesday to Saturday from 8pm to 4am. Flexibility for overtime at the end of the shift and being able to switch shifts with other supervisors is a necessity.
Will be responsible for the following duties:
Staff Management:
- Help to hire and train security guards;
- Assist with scheduling shifts and assigning tasks;
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback;
- Address disciplinary issues & performance concerns;
2. Site Security Operations:
- Conduct regular site inspections;
- Monitor surveillance systems & respond to alarms;
- Implement & enforce security protocols and procedures;
- Investigate incidents & document findings

4. Client Relations:
- Address client concerns & ensure customer satisfaction;
- Provide regular reports on security activities and incidents;
- Collaborate with clients to develop & implement customized security plans;
5. Training and Development:
- Deliver ongoing training to guards on various topics;
- Stay updated with security industry trends;
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
NYS Security Guard License (Required)
