HireLevel is looking for a Call Center Rep in Columbia, MO. Telephone interviewers will be working in a laid-back environment where they will be calling Missouri residents to complete medical surveys.

Job Type: Part-Full Time (20-40 hours per week)

Location: Columbia, MO

Shift: Flexible, weekends and evenings will be required.

Compensation: $14/hr.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Rep:

Call and contact members of the public to conduct a large-scale medical survey for the state of Missouri.

Follow appropriate procedures of data collection during the interviewing process.

Use effective tactics to try to convert possible refusals to the completion of interviews.

Maintain a professional environment while speaking to people from a wide range of lifestyles.

Follow all rules of conducting an unbiased interview.

Accurately record all telephone activity, i.e. completed surveys, refusals, missed calls, etc.

Assist in the survey editing process by providing interviewer and interviewee feedback.

Requirements of the Call Center Rep:

High school diploma or equivalent

6 months of customer service experience

Typing skills
