Position Summary:

As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a skilled team to achieve safety, productivity, and delivery goals. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards and supporting continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Preform all scheduling with customers

Perform Production Planning and Optimization in Computer Software - MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS

Manage quality control

Manage logistics teams.

Manage and coordinate daily production activities.

Supervise and support production staff.

Monitor workflow and implement process improvements.

Maintain safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture.

Ensure production goals and deadlines are met consistently.

️ Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Experience in rebar or steel fabrication is a plus.

Proficiency in production scheduling and quality control processes.

BASE SALARY @ $80,000

3% Guarantee Profits Sharing @ $2,400

25% Bonus Potential @ $20,000

Elective Profit Share Potential @ $3,000

MAX PAY @ $105,400
