Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, self-driven, part-time and full-time Sales Affiliates to join our commission-based sales team. This is a 100% remote, 100% commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, perfect for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about sales and helping businesses succeed. As an Admin Genie Sales Affiliate, you’ll connect with small and medium-sized businesses, identify their administrative needs, and close deals for our high-demand services.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other outreach strategies.

Engage with business owners and decision-makers to understand their administrative challenges.

Present Admin Genie’s virtual assistant and administrative solutions tailored to client needs.

Close sales and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Track and report sales activities using provided CRM tools.

Stay informed about Admin Genie’s services and industry trends to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B services or a commission-based environment preferred not required.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a knack for building rapport.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven role.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Knowledge of administrative or virtual assistant services is an advantage but not required.

Access to reliable internet and a computer for remote work.

Compensation

100% commission-based with a competitive commission structure:
