What You’ll Do:

As our General Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations, responsible for:

Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing an enthusiastic team to deliver top-notch service.

Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and food safety.

Guest Experience: Ensuring every guest leaves happy and eager to return.

Brand Building: Upholding our reputation through quality control and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in casual dining or barbecue.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

A hands-on, problem-solving approach to challenges.

Passion for barbecue and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
