Allied Government Solutions is currently looking for an entry-level Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Dover, NH! This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the staffing industry with a talented team of professionals. Job Responsibilities:

Review resumes and conduct phone interviews with candidates in support of multiple contract staffing demands

Extensive phone work requiring an enthusiastic, confident and professional demeanor

Enter and maintain accurate documentation in our online applicant tracking system

Additional recruitment and administrative duties, as needed

Requirements:

Excellent phone and customer service skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) that develop and maintain professional relationships

Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Strong proficiency with MS Office

Highly motivated and organized

Must be flexible and able to shift priorities from day-to-day
