Construction Laborer

Winfield Homes, a Seattle based home building company and builder of homes of exceptional quality, is seeking a construction laborer who will assist us as we build and deliver new, high-end homes in the greater Seattle and Eastside areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

General labor tasks involved in the construction of houses

Light framing and carpentry as needed

Assisting Project Managers to maintain efficient, clean and safe job sites

Maintain well organized materials on job sites

Qualifications:

1+ years experience on residential construction projects

Physically capable of carrying 75 lbs., ability to climb ladders and stairs

Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

Able to follow written and verbal instructions

Drug Free
