We’re searching for a hands-on leader to oversee second shift operations at a fast-moving high-speed food packaging facility. With a team of four supervisors and nearly 100 employees under your wing, you’ll own the shift from 2:30 PM onward—driving performance, enforcing standards, and keeping things running safely and smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and brings positive energy to every shift.

What you'll be tackling

Manage and direct all second shift production activities, from processing to packaging

Supervise four front-line supervisors and a team of 90–100 production employees

Monitor daily targets, shift performance, and team coverage to keep output on track

Partner with QA, logistics, and warehouse to ensure smooth coordination across departments

Coach team members and supervisors, helping improve skills and accountability

Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment

Track production metrics and labor performance using ERP systems and Excel

Lead daily pre-shift meetings and facilitate seamless shift handoffsWhat we’re looking for

BS/BA degree preferred

5+ years of experience managing teams in a production environment, open to any manufacturing industry and prefer in food or other high-speed packaging environments

Strong, energetic leadership style with proven team-building skills

Background in managing both people and process across multiple production functions

Computer skills—MS Office: Excel, Word, and experience with ERP

Ability to lead independently, make confident decisions, and own your shift’s performance
