Sales Strategy: Establish sales objectives and develop annual sales quotas, working closely with your team to achieve these targets.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least five years of sales experience, with two years in a management or supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, and other relevant technologies.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Self-Motivation: A high-energy self-starter who can work independently and make sound business judgments.
Travel: Willingness to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week, up to 36 weeks per year.
