Position: ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: Remote but occasional visit is required to Rockville, MD

Job Description

Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines

10+ years of overall experience.

5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, ITOM,HRSD and Integration.

Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD,CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.

Familiarity with HRSA and NIH operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.

Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
