Your Key Responsibilities:

Assume responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations.

Lead by example by managing a caseload and crafting personalized care plans for each patient.

Engage in marketing efforts aimed at local referral sources and the community to foster business growth.

Employ patient-centered metrics to ensure both customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency.

Oversee scheduling and payroll functions.

Provide training for new staff members to familiarize them with their roles and responsibilities.

Identify opportunities for staff development to facilitate the enhancement of their clinical skills.

Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations and guidelines.

Position Requirements:

2+ years of Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient setting

No management experience required

GA PT License

Passion for treating patients

Ability to motivate and inspire a team
