Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado.
Willingness to relocate to Vail, Colorado.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: Up to $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Total Earning Potential: Up to $125,000 per year (including potential bonuses or incentives, Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks annually, 401(k) and Relocation Assistance.
