Accounting Manager (Real Estate Private Equity)

Position: Accounting Manager

Reports to: Managing Partner of Investment Firm

Industry: A fast-growing, multi-platform real estate investment firm

Location: Near Hallandale Beach- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Accounting required

5+ years of progressive experience in a Corporate Accounting or External Audit role

Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, H/V Look ups, IF Sum, etc.)

Desired Skills:

CPA License

Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience with a Developer, Asset Management firm, Real Estate Private Equity, REIT, mREIT, etc.)

Exposure to QuickBooks

Details:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations across multiple real estate entities, handling AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and treasury management.

Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and fund-level reporting.

Coordinate with a third-party accounting firm to manage treasury, bookkeeping, and K-1 distributions.

Prepare consolidated financial data and reports for internal stakeholders.

CAM Reconciliations

Capital Calls

Maintain accounting processes in QuickBooks Online and ensure financial accuracy across entities.
