They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a 3rd shift Electrical and Controls Supervisor to join their team in Texas.

The ideal candidate will be from an industrial manufacturing / maintenance background, with electrical controls and automation experience, and looking for a supervisory role within a growing organization.

The Role:

Leading your own small team of electricians and control technicians

Overseeing the troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems

Diagnosing and repairing issues involving PLCs, AC/DC motors, HMI panels and sensors

Support and improve plant automation systems, primarily using Allen-Bradley

3rd Shift – Monday to Friday

The Person:

Electrical and Controls maintenance / troubleshooting background

Strong experience with PLCs (including Allen-Bradley)

Manufacturing background

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, however will consider someone with experience in a lead role looking to step up
