Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Applications Engineer. This role is integral to providing high-quality technical and commercial proposals while supporting rotating equipment applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in specifications management, strong technical acumen, and the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders across a range of engineering and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create professional-quality proposals for customer project orders and applications.

Provide technical application support for both internal teams and external customers.

Evaluate and resolve technical issues related to non-recurring project orders.

Prepare and present technical papers both within the organization and to external audiences.

Manage application standards, documentation, and resources.

Assist Project Management in resolving order fulfillment and technical issues.

Collaborate with Marketing and R&D for technical verification and support.

Deliver training on assigned applications to internal and external teams.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

1- 5 years’ experience in the rotating equipment industry.

Strong understanding of gearing product applications and project/specifications management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in analytical problem solving and decision making.

Experience in business communication and technical documentation.

Ability to summarize complex technical projects through reports and presentations.
