As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be part of that mission — helping identify and build relationships with talent that will carry our organization forward.
Key Performance Objectives
Proactively source and identify qualified talent through LinkedIn and other search tools to support immediate hiring needs across the organization.
Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring initiatives in key business areas, including niche or hard-to-fill positions.
Conduct market and talent research to support recruiter and leadership efforts with relevant insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with recruiters to support outreach strategies, screening coordination, and talent tracking for active requisitions.
Assist with reporting, talent mapping, and strategic workforce planning efforts in alignment with company growth goals.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the HR department.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting research, or HR operations.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, or a willingness to quickly learn.
Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
Self-starter who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a team environment.
Education & Experience
Internship or administrative experience in a business or professional setting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
