Role Description

This is a part-time position in Montecito, CA for a Retail Salesperson at Jamie Haller's first retail store. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for being a brand ambassador, educating and elevating a client's experience with the brand, assisting clients with their in peson store purchases. Daily tasks include greeting clients, developing a clientele where you would anticipate their brand needs and continue to introduce them to new Jamie Haller product. Other client service responsibilities would include answering questions, processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of products and services offered

Experience in retail sales and effective sales techniques

Excellent customer service skills

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle various sales activities and manage customer interactions efficiently

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Previous experience in a retail sales fashion brand environment is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
