Are you a dynamic leader ready to take your manufacturing career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive performance, inspire teams, and lead operational excellence at a state-of-the-art facility in Sumas, WA.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop production supervisors and front-line staff to exceed safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics to optimize production schedules and product quality.

Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen and 5S, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Drive employee engagement and accountability through strong leadership, coaching, and professional development.

Ensure training programs are executed effectively across safety, quality, and process standards.

Be a key player in advancing plant reliability and total productive maintenance strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

A technical degree (engineering or related field preferred).

5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt is a plus), and continuous improvement practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to motivate teams, manage change, and deliver measurable results.
