Mandatory Expertise/Experience:

Working with ESRI’s suite of desktop and enterprise software, including:

Development and use of ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro

Deployment and configuration of ESRI’s Enterprise for ArcGIS platform

Development and configuration of web applications

Publishing web services

Desirable Expertise/Experience:

Implementing ESRI’s Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System

Utilizing Safe Software’s FME Enterprise subscription, including:

FME Form for workflow creation

FME Flow for workflow automation

Using VertiGIS Studio to enhance ESRI’s Enterprise for ArcGIS

Implementing and configuring HPMS and SLD Manager software

Scripting and Programming Experience:

Developing software and applications using:
