This position is almost entirely remote, with a few days per month onsite expected in the offices near Media, PA to attend meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial planning and decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with business leaders to forecast performance, uncover insights, and shape the financial future of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards and financial models in Power BI to drive visibility and accountability across departments.

Leading efforts in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning that guide strategic decisions.

Partnering with department heads to provide actionable insights and support business case development for new initiatives.

Monitoring key financial and operational KPIs and highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Helping drive automation and efficiency across financial reporting and planning processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

2+ years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably in healthcare or tech.

Proficiency in Power BI with a strong track record of building interactive dashboards and models.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar).
