Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Hagerstown, MD and Frederick,MD . The Patient Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, and using medical terminology. Ensuring clear communication with patients and healthcare providers is key to this role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Appointment Scheduling, and Receptionist Duties

Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
