Job Summary:
This role is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining Vision Systems used in the production process. You’ll work closely with the Lithography Department to test new products, improve processes, and make sure equipment is working properly.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, install, and maintain vision systems across the plant.
Make sure equipment is calibrated and meets quality standards.
Handle quotes, purchase orders, and part inspections related to cameras and lithography equipment.
Record test results and production updates.
Train staff on process changes and SOPs.
Work with the Quality Manager to resolve internal quality issues.
Lead small projects and help evaluate new products in lithography.
Manage tasks and timelines for projects as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience with Vision Systems in an industrial environment.
Able to manage projects and lead when needed.
Takes initiative and can solve problems independently.
