Title: Network Engineer

Location: Based out of Belgrade, ME

Salary: up to $115k/year

Role Overview:

You’ll lead efforts in network design, implementation, and performance tuning across a multi-site environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on stability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).

Configure and support firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.

Optimize performance in Microsoft 365 and Zero Trust environments.

Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.

Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.

Support cybersecurity and PCI compliance initiatives.

What You Bring:

6+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure.

Deep understanding of IP networking, routing/switching, BGP, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.

Experience with Zero Trust models and secure remote access.

Strong customer service orientation and critical thinking skills.
