Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our business development team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who excels at managing schedules, maintaining CRM systems, and preparing client-facing materials. You will ensure seamless operations and support our team’s efforts to expand Flow-Tech Systems’ client base in the water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate client and prospect information, ensuring data integrity.

Coordinate schedules for business development activities, including client meetings, follow-ups, and team check-ins.

Prepare and organize proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials to support sales pitches and business proposals.

Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, documenting meeting notes, and tracking action items.

Assist in lead tracking by updating prospect statuses and supporting pipeline management.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align administrative processes with business development goals.

Monitor and report on business development activities, compiling data for performance metrics and team updates.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 0–3 years in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Experience in water treatment or manufacturing is a plus.

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing materials and coordinating with teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.

Preferred: Familiarity with administrative processes in business development or sales.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary of $40,000–$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
