Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Automation)

We're hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of custom automation equipment, predominantly in the medical device industry. In this role, you'll drive projects from concept through installation, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers.

What You’ll Do:

Lead mechanical design using SolidWorks

Own project timelines, cost, and scope

Manage designers and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and production

Oversee system assembly, FAT, and installation

What You Bring:

10+ years in machine/automation design

Proven experience designing full-cycle custom systems

Strong leadership, customer communication, and project management skills

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
