Role: Import/Export Analyst - A

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Duration: 6 Months

What You’ll Do:

Manage shipping documentation and record-keeping per U.S. import/export laws

Prepare Proforma Invoices and classify goods using HTS/Schedule B codes

Track shipments, maintain logs, and assist in logistics coordination

Handle customs compliance, audits, and agency data (FDA, NAFTA, etc.)

Review customs brokerage invoices and assist with export declarations

What we are looking for:

0–3 years of relevant experience

High school diploma or GED, a Master's degree would be overqualified.

Knowledge of freight forwarding, HTS/Schedule B, and logistics preferred
