DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline development, AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration, and Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS). The candidate will be responsible for automating and maintaining infrastructure, streamlining deployment pipelines, and integrating scheduled workloads into a modern DevOps ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.

Deploy and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

Integrate and manage job scheduling with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).

Monitor systems and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Collaborate with development, QA, and release management teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.

Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for DevOps practices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).

In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices.

Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred).

Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) or similar job schedulers.

Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Groovy).

Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).

Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

Familiarity with container security and DevSecOps practices.

Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
