Responsibilities;
Code and APC backup/restore
Support for customer service support organization
Supporting trouble shooting at customer side
Trouble shooting as remote support
Monitoring the Automation Service email inbox
Creating and delegating automation service tickets
Maintaining and operating the automation test equipment in the office
Traveling time 40 – 50 %
Administrative:
Handle all Microsoft standard applications (Word, Excel, PP, Visio, etc.)
Allen Bradley ControlLogix
Allen Bradley factory Talk
Siemens S7 / TIA
Qualifications:
At least 1 year working with Allen Bradley or Siemens tools in a professional or academic environment
Hold an Associate’s degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering or related field
