This role is contract to hire. During the contract portion it can be remote. But once converted, it is hybrid on-site in the following locations. Preference is candidate already in these locations.

Role: Digital Product Manager – Real Estate Technology

The real estate market is undergoing a significant and exciting change — driven by data and technology. Digital products are a critical part of our mission to deliver outstanding value to customers and residents.

This person will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, aligning with stakeholders, and executing roadmaps to deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll ensure product success through continuous iteration and measurement against key business and user satisfaction metrics.

You should have a passion for building seamless, intuitive digital experiences that enhance the customer journey. Strong experience in product management, project leadership, and agile development is essential — along with a growth mindset and a user-first approach.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for digital products

Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities based on business objectives and customer feedback

Ensure products are intuitive, high-impact, and result in high customer satisfaction

Represent the product in cross-functional meetings, demos, and executive forums

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Resident Services, and Data Analytics teams

Deliver comprehensive solutions (including documentation, training, and service readiness)

Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings

Own and refine the product backlog; drive sprint planning and prioritization

Define user stories and acceptance criteria for new features

Track the status of development projects and proactively remove roadblocks

Present regular updates to stakeholders on product performance and roadmap progress

You Have...

Proven experience in product vision, development, and execution

A track record of launching and improving customer-facing digital products

Strong communication skills — able to collaborate with both technical and business teams

Deep understanding of agile processes and product delivery best practices

Customer-focused mindset and passion for great user experiences

Self-starter with a bias for action and continuous improvement

Experience analyzing feedback, identifying pain points, and translating them into product enhancements

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Willingness to travel locally as needed (10–20%)
