Position Overview:

The Plumbing Service Representative is the voice and face of our company—serving as the key contact for customers from the first call to the final follow-up. You’ll assist with scheduling, answering service inquiries, and helping customers understand their plumbing needs while coordinating closely with our technicians to ensure a smooth process.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers

Schedule and dispatch plumbing service appointments

Provide information on services, pricing, and general plumbing inquiries

Prepare and send service estimates and invoices

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Follow up on recent jobs to ensure customer satisfaction

Handle concerns and escalate issues to management as needed

Support the service team with coordination and communication

Qualifications:

3+ year of customer service or administrative experience (plumbing services a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
