PennWest is hiring a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our customer experience team!

What You'll Do
Conduct partnership meetings with assigned customers to review trends, usage, and overall satisfaction
Act as the main point of contact for all aftermarket service and support needs
Educate customers on the full range of Toyota Material Handling products and value-added services
Proactively collect feedback and identify opportunities for process and service improvement
Analyze customer reports to identify trends, reduce costs, and drive results
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, seamless customer experiences
Perform other duties as assigned to support account retention and success
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
3–5 years of customer service, account management, or B2B support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build meaningful relationships and advocate for customers effectively
Must be able to read and understand both technical and financial product information
Must be able to operate a lift truck for demonstration purposes (training provided)
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as defined by company standards
Travel Requirements
This position is based in the field and will require regular daily travel to customer locations
A fuel card will be provided for business use as well as a vehicle allowance
Occasional overnight travel may be required based on customer needs
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and twisting
Must be able to communicate clearly with strong voice control and articulation
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to safely drive and travel for extended hours when required
Work Environment
This role involves working in a variety of environments including customer offices, warehouses, distribution centers, and outdoor job sites. There may be exposure to extreme temperatures and active industrial equipment. After-hours or weekend work may occasionally be necessary to meet customer demands. Office time may also be required for reporting and collaboration with internal teams.
