Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items to guide development teams throughout sprint cycles.

Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and contribute to the design of effective software solutions.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business needs and user stories, while also supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Document and map business processes and system workflows to support solution design and delivery.

Utilize Jira for backlog management and project tracking.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of APIs and their role in system integration.

Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support solution development.

Required Technical Skills (5+ years of experience)

Experience developing and maintaining user stories and product backlogs.

Skilled in translating business requirements into process flows and system documentation.

Effective collaboration with QA/testing teams, with the ability to support and manage UAT efforts.

Working knowledge of APIs and system integration concepts.

Preferred / Flex Skills

Proficiency with Jira for agile project tracking and backlog management.

Basic technical understanding of Kafka and Java-based systems.

Ability to interpret and work with database queries.
