Oracle Business Analyst - Financials

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – ERP Financials to take ownership of implementing, optimizing, and managing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions with a focus on financials. This position allows you to work autonomously while collaborating with finance, accounting, IT, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and financial process improvements. Responsibilities

Analyze financial workflows and develop structured, data-driven solutions in Oracle Fusion ERP to improve efficiency and automation.

Configure, test, and troubleshoot financial system functions with precision and accuracy.

Deliver clear, instructional training to finance teams, ensuring effective system adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials solutions.

A deep understanding of financial business processes related to accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Experience with data-driven decision-making, financial system improvements, and ERP automation.

Strong ability to train, support, and interact with teams, making technology accessible and user-friendly.

A background in financial enterprise system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
