The Role:
We’re looking for a unicorn. This is for the human who can zoom in and out: from writing a killer email subject line or inspecting GA4 event tags, to mapping out an entire marketing strategy. You’ll live at the intersection of creativity and analytics, execution and vision. Our ideal candidate is a savvy self-starter who thrives in controlled chaos, loves solving problems, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with data. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and leadership team to shape and run our marketing engine—from lead gen to press releases to website audits and beyond.
You’ll Own or Support:
- Strategy & Campaigns: Contribute to marketing strategy and drive end-to-end execution of multichannel campaigns
- PPC & SEO: Plan and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn). Apply technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, metadata, and site audits using SEMrush, Search Console, etc.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Build and analyze campaigns in Drip and SMS platforms. Segment lists, monitor performance, and refine based on KPIs.
- Content Strategy & Campaign Vision: Strategize, prioritize, and communicate the most effective content needed for each campaign—whether that’s a flyer, press release, email blast, or social media post—ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Web: Maintain and update websites (WordPress/Webflow). Comfortable spinning up landing pages or microsites when needed.
- Analytics & Insights: Dive deep into GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Track KPIs, cross-reference data across platforms, and find insights that guide smarter marketing.
- Data Integrity: Validate user-submitted data and ensure consistency across internal reports, spreadsheets, and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing (technical SEO, PPC, web, and analytics)
- A versatile marketer who can toggle between "doing the thing" and "figuring out if the thing is worth doing"
- Strong project management and self-prioritization skills
- Experience in small business, startup, or similarly scrappy environments
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush (or similar), and Drip (or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a nice bonus
- Excellent writing and editing skills (AP Style preferred)
