Title: Desktop Support
Duration: 4-6 month W2 contract, extensions expected
Location: begin in the city of Philly, 2nd phase is Chestnut Hill / Lafayette Hill area (Erdenheim, PA)
Examples of other potential project locations: Philadelphia, Radnor, West Chester, Doylestown, Cherry Hill
On-Site Requirements: Fully onsite Mon-Fri, day shift
Your own vehicle is required
Hourly Pay: $17-23/hr
Compensation is based on experience, education, qualifications, and more

Must Haves
Relevant experience related to IT Support, Troubleshooting, Field Tech, etc
Reliable transportation / your own vehicle
Comfort with physical mobility (ex: crawling under a desk to connect wires, climbing ladder to check connection points, etc)
Experience with Windows 10/11
Strong verbal and written communication
Plusses
Healthcare/Hospital experience
Troubleshoot issues with slowness of clinical systems (Epic and Sunrise) and determine whether issue is related to PC, Application or the Network (Citrix)

This role is project based; the first portion will be in Center City Philly, and will then progress to Chestnut Hill / Lafayette Hill area. Your own vehicle and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably is required.
