Join CHAGEE as our DevOps Manager and play a critical role in building, optimizing, and maintaining our core business systems infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high system availability, robust performance, and efficient operations across our cloud and on-premise environments. With a focus on proactive monitoring, risk management, and incident resolution, you’ll directly contribute to the stability and scalability of CHAGEE’s growing technology ecosystem.

What you'll do:

Build, optimize, and maintain the infrastructure, middleware, and business systems to ensure efficient operation and maximum service uptime.

Hire, build and manage a team of engineers to support systems operations, maintenance and development.

Design and manage business monitoring systems, conduct architectural assessments, and lead capacity planning efforts.

Lead emergency incident response and troubleshoot major faults in production systems; implement system optimization and post-incident review processes.

Deploy and fine-tune software products and their supporting infrastructure, including operating systems, databases, and third-party tools.

Conduct application failure simulations and develop emergency preparedness plans and operations manuals.

Oversee IT asset management in both cloud environments and on-site data centers.

Drive continuous improvements in operational reliability, security, and scalability.

Experience you need to be successful:

8+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or infrastructure operations.

Proficiency in Linux (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) including server setup, configuration, and performance tuning.

Proven experience working in a retail or F&B store operations environment.

Deep experience operating large-scale server environments and understanding high-availability architectures for high-traffic platforms.

Strong familiarity with open-source technologies such as Nginx, MySQL/MongoDB, Redis, Apollo, Nacos, etc.

Skilled in microservices and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), with a deep understanding of their use cases and implementation strategies.

Experience operating major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.

Understanding of network security practices and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.

Experience supporting operations for retail or chain restaurant environments is a plus.

Ability to read or speak Chinese is helpful but not required.
