Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction (Orange County, CA)

About the Role:

This is a high-priority hire within their Preconstruction department. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering detailed cost estimates on commercial projects—primarily in grocery, retail, and warehouse verticals. You'll report directly to leadership and collaborate closely with the Preconstruction Manager.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5–10+ years of commercial estimating experience (retail, grocery, or warehouse preferred)

Proficiency in Sage, Excel, and Procore

Familiarity with subcontractors in SoCal (NorCal and Arizona experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge of the Southern California construction market

Compensation & Perks:

Base Salary: $100K–$175K+

Annual Bonus: Based on individual and company performance (up to $175K total)
