COPC is the largest physician-owned Primary Care Group in the US. We are looking for a knowledgeable, licensed Endocrinologist to provide care to patients at COPC Endocrinology Specialists located at 400 Altair Parkway, Suite 3200, Westerville, Ohio 43082.
The thriving practice has 4 Physicians, 2 PA-Cs and a NP-BC to support the outpatient practice. Due to a recent vacancy, an incoming Endocrinologist will acquire a portion of an established patient panel from the Physician that left the practice.
Office Hours: Open M-F 8-4:30pm.

Compensation package between $250-350K depending on the number of weekdays worked at the practice and how often you collaborate with local hospitals doing consults.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat hormone disorders and other problems relating to the endocrine system.
Evaluate patient symptoms and medical histories, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Support patients to deal with the physical limitations due to diseases stemming from problems with the endocrine system.
Analyze, examine, and investigate patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
Advise, order, and perform tests and interpret the results.
Discuss diagnoses with patients, explaining treatment options, and giving advice on medications, lifestyle and dietary changes, and other preventative measures.
Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, and updating patient records.
COPC uses EPIC EHR.
Conduct research and studies on the endocrine system and its diseases, disorders, and conditions to develop new treatment techniques.
Remain up to date on current discoveries, developments, trends, research, and technology.
Opportunity to perform thyroid ultrasound/thyroid nodule biopsies.
Consult at local health system with rounding opportunities.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO).
Completion of a three-year Internal Medicine residency.
2 yr. Fellowship completion, and Board certification in Internal Medicine Endocrinology.
Unrestricted Medical license in Ohio.
