Candidate should be good at:

1. AEM as a cloud service (There are different versions of AEM, this is the latest one)

2. Configuring CI/CD, devOps

3. Junit

4. Backend AEM: servlets, osgi services, osgi configurations, Sling Jobs, event Listeners

5. Java

6. Frontend AEM: Components, templates, content fragments, Sightly

7. AEM workflows

Mandatory Key Skills:

Development of Custom Components, Templates, and Client Libs

In-depth knowledge of OSGi Concepts and Sling Principles

Hands-on experience with AEM Workflows

Expertise in Multi-Site Management (MSM) and Translation Connector Integrations

Implementation of Sling Jobs, Listeners, and Schedulers

Development of Custom OSGi Services, Servlets, and Configurations

Custom DAM Asset Metadata, Schema, and Workflow Processes

Unit testing with AEM Mocks and Mockito

Configuration and optimization of AEM Dispatcher

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

Proficiency in Java 8+ Features and Best Practices

Good to Have:

Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

Configuration of GitLab CI/CD Pipelines

Knowledge of AEM and React Integration

Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) Methodology
