An established homebuilder is looking for a Land Development Project Manager to oversee third-party site development teams and keep projects moving. No engineering license is required, but a solid understanding of grading, utilities, and residential land development is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Keep third-party site engineers on track—managing timelines, quality, and efficiency.
Oversee grading, utilities, and site prep to ensure smooth development.
Work closely with internal teams to align land schedules with homebuilding timelines.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting.
Qualifications & Experience
Residential land development experience (homebuilding industry preferred).
Strong ability to hold third-party engineers accountable and keep projects moving.
Solid knowledge of grading, utilities, and site development.
