Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Employment & Labor Associate (4–6 years of experience) to join its West Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office) within a newly renovated space, alongside a highly respected employment and labor team.

What We’re Looking For: ️ 4–6 years of employment law experience

️ Traditional labor law experience is a plus

️ Strong academic credentials and foundational training

️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

️ California Bar admission required

Salary Range: $240,000 – $280,000
