Required qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
6–12 months of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a professional setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience handling confidential tasks with discretion.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to build positive working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
