Job Title: Helpdesk Support Specialist

Overview:

We're looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for onsite support, helping ensure seamless operations across our AV systems and digital tools. You'll handle everything from troubleshooting hardware issues to collaborating with remote teams to tackle complex challenges.

What You'll Do:

Deliver hands-on IT support at our location, ensuring end-users stay productive.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft M365, ServiceNow, Logitech gear, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (Hello Teams).

Oversee and maintain AV systems to ensure flawless meetings and presentations.

Manage helpdesk tickets efficiently, providing timely updates and resolutions.

Monitor and maintain the integrity and performance of IT infrastructure.

Partner with remote IT teams to solve escalated or more advanced issues.

Keep detailed records and documentation of support activities and technical procedures.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

CompTIA A+ certification (required).

3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience, especially in AV environments.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft M365, ServiceNow, Logitech systems, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive mindset.

Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
