Corporate Recruiter (Onsite – Manufacturing) – Hatfield, PA

Hourly Rate: $30–$40 Full-Time Maternity Leave Coverage Onsite: Monday–Friday

Are you a recruiting professional with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities?

We’re seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join our client’s team in Hatfield, PA for a maternity leave coverage assignment.

This is a full-time, onsite role supporting all aspects of recruiting and talent acquisition across our manufacturing and warehouse operations, with some support for professional roles as well.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative/professional positions

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies

Source and screen candidates using job boards, resume databases, referrals, and local outreach

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams

Extend job offers and support pre-employment and onboarding processes

Maintain accurate candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Represent the company brand positively in all candidate interactions

Provide general recruiting support and contribute to special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or light industrial setting

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Hatfield, PA

Type: Temporary (maternity leave coverage)

Location: Hatfield, PA – 100% onsite

Hours: Full-time, standard business hours

Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience
