Expert knowledge on Windows server operating systems VMware and SCCM Administration

Expert knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment

PowerShell Scripting

Exceptional communication Skills

ITIL Knowledge Incident Problem and Change Management

Strong Knowledge on VMware vsphere ESXI v7

Troubleshooting Root cause Identification

Good Handson command line of ESXi

Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule

Design Deploy and configure Vmware infrastructure to support software deployments and update across the organization

Plan and schedule ESXi upgrades in coordination with the virtualization team and other stakeholders

Develop and follow upgrade procedures rollback plans and documentation for reference

Stay informed about the latest updates and features in VMware vSphere and recommend improvements to the virtualization environment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade process including compatibility problems connectivity issues or software bugs

3rd party application patching through tool

Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule

Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department the strategic Business Units Strategic Capabilities units and the company interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment
