Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors warmly and provide assistance professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Accurately input data into QuickBooks
- Help with clerical tasks like filing and photocopying
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in office software for data entry and document management
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus
- Customer service experience beneficial
